I've never seen anything like it. When he scrolls over to his Games  category on the left, the box stays the same except theres a little scroll bar next to it. Does anyone know what I have to use to make my desktop look like that?

Either make a wallpaper of get a 3rd party program...first one would be easier if you don't need to change it ever

I am pretty sure you can do this with rainmeter and another application that creates open folders on your desktop.
