[hypothetically] We have 2 computer with identical top of the line specs. One computer is a massive 45 pound, giant heatsink, huge gpu, takes up a desk space and looks awesome computer. Then the other is the size of a flash drive. Which do u prefer. Our world keeps going smaller and smaller but I love huge ass computers. What is your opinion and why.

Size matters ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I would go for big if I had to choose, because room for upgrading and stuff like that.

But somewhere in the middle would be better

Small, small can be portable (not too heavy). But big has wider upgrade path....

Small. I like the idea of one the size of a flash drive, though we're many years off that.

I recently replaced my old mid-tower based, approx 55 litres, PC with a mATX one in the Silverstone SG10, about 22 litres which is small even by mATX standards. It has freed up so much space I wish I'd done it years ago. Yes the build was a bit trickier than in the mid tower, there wasn't really room to stick a AIO cooler in, swapping the RAM out will cause swearing, and the 295 x2 wasn't happening as there was nowhere for the radiator. But lots of graphic card space, and won't be hard to swap out come upgrade time albeit requiring a bit more unscrewing than a regular tower case. If I hadn't wanted to keep my options open on SLI, I could have gone MITX without sacrificing performance and got down to 15ish litres.

Yes if you want the ultimate, you need a full tower case. But how many of us actually build the ultimate? And IMHO an ATX board with just one card in it looks a bit rubbish

Small.  I don't like unnecessary clutter.  It would be easier to move, easier to manage.  Besides, if you could fit a desktop PC into a usb stick sized case, you can be sure someone will find a way to watercool it, and fit it with LED's, so you'll still have a little bling.   ;)

The cooler would use, like, a drop of water. :P

I prefer small, hence my Node 304.

It's not the size that matters. It's the girth.

As long as the small one is upgradable then I'd absolutely go for that. I'm always trying to have each iteration of my computer be both smaller and more powerful than the last. I do think that realistically there's a balance  somewhere between since the larger one should be quieter and cooler which matters a ton to me.
