Using a spare HDD as a windows bootable?

Snakestrikes

I don't have a usb stick or DVD drive at hand but do have a spare HDD, was wondering if I could use it as a bootable windows 8 installer?

Cheers in advance

I used a iPod as a windows installer, If you have an extra HDD just dual boot it. I have an extra WD Green for doing serious overclocking for HWBOT in Windows 7.

PEWDIEPIE DONT CROSS THAT BRIDGE
