At that price I'd feel bad taking it (I'd pass it up basically). I wouldn't really want any part of it. It looks too good to be true.

I really hope its legit.

 

This would be a great upgrade for me.

Let's trace him and put him as target of surveillance camera's. Send in some drones just to make sure it's legit. Put up fireworks and send in seal team 6. Search and obtain object. Leave money if found. If not, look for illegal weapons. 

If caught, say that it's for the children and he has been a suspect for trafficking.
