AIO watercooling tubes have large different temperatues before and after radiator
Since the tube that comes from your radiator should be colder (I think because the liquid is just being cooled by the radiator) I don't see a problem there. Maybe there is something holding the flow if the liquid back? I have to be honest to say that I don't have that much experience so maybe another member here can help you further. Good luck though!
I'm pretty sure that is a good thing. It means the liquid is moving the heat and dissipating as it passes through the radiator..
liquid temperatures before an after a radiator are only supposed to be a fraction of a degree
fluid in watercooling loops move so fast that all the liquid is the same temperature
this is why order of components in a loop does not matter
if he is noticing a difference between the tubing that means something is seriously wrong, probably lack of water flow
this is NOT supposed to happening, maybe his pump died or something got clogged
