I would say that my least liked part of this forum is some people's inability to accept another's point of view. Fair call we've all got opinions, but if you're going to refute someone else's opinion at least give a decent reason. Most of these responses are going to help the OP make a decision. We're not squabbling children......Well some of us aren't. I make no claims about my emotional maturity.

Came across it here and there. And those who cry for the font/nightheme fix. Just change your theme. By the time creating the post crying for the fix they could have done that twice already.

I hope this isn't breaking any rules or anything..

 

Mine has to be ignorance of some users (fanboys if you will) and people not following their threads. How many times I have give a great response to a thread and never known whether they will ever even see it enrages me.

When you say problems with this forum, more like problems with every forum, ever.

You know from a psychological perspective you could argue that this thread could increase general frustration with and on the forum (which could then in fact snowball), and can (and probably will) influence people to view all of the above as irritations and transgressions where before they may not have even perceived any of them as out of the ordinary...?

To be honest, with all of the pigeon stuff I'm just joking.

 

As for the stuff about people responding negatively, I don't think it'd necessarily turn into an argument in this thread but it could cue/prime people to react negatively if and/or when they see the stuff on the list actually happening on the forum (where otherwise they may not have even perceived it as being anything other than normal day to day forum communication). In that sense it could probably have a kind of pervasive and even (and I know it's a horrible word) insidious negative affect.

 

But who knows, it might have a more positive affect by drawing people's attention to their own behaviors and how they might be perceived by others?
