Hello, first my config:

PSU: Sirtec EP-650S 650W

CPU: AMD Athlon 2 x3 450

MoBo: Asrock n68 ge3 ucc

Video card: AMD R9 270x BF4 edition

RAM: 4 gb zeppelin ddr3 1600mhz + 4 gb kingston 1600 mhz

HDD: 1 tb wd Blue

I kinda have an issue that has started lately:

I start my computer and after a random time it shuts down, sometimes it takes 20 minutes, sometimes 2 h sometimes 1 h, also doesn't matter what i am in, being in games, or just browsing the web on chrome. I did notice it's more obvious when playing games, especially heroes of the storm or guild wars 2, it shuts down after the very first 10-20 minutes.

What i did:

1. changed antivirus 3 times and scanned my system(had avg, installed 360 total security and after that avira, did scans with all 3 no viruses)

2. checked the pin and connectors as well as the power cord and the wall power socket, all fine

3. checked the cpu temp and it was sitting at 40-50 degrees celsius  when iddle or load(gaming)

My pc still shuts down, will run a prime95 also to check and see if i notice anything. Can anyone have nay ideeas what it might be, from the sound of it, it might be either the PSU which fails, the GPU(but that would give a blue screen right?...i don't get any) or the Windows(but there should be some information in event viewer right? but it just sais that the pc shut down unexpectedly but nothing else).  Please help

Due to the unknown branding on that Power Supply I would see if you can borrow a Power Supply to see if that is the issue here.

I think you are right. If it is a straight shut down it could be the PSU? You got another to test?

@Enderman  I did check event viewer and already said   "Windows(but there should be some information in event viewer right? but it just sais that the pc shut down unexpectedly but nothing else)" ...it just has 1 error in the event viewer and it sais"windows has shut down unexpectadly" that is it

@Sousuke the PSU it is actually quite a good one it is a modular PSU, a 80+ bronze rating and a 12v monorail (some details : http://www.mediadot.ro/surse/sursa-sirtec-ep-650s-650w-2x-pci-e-6-2-6x-sata-3x-molex-80-plus-bronze  - romanian website )

@Bittenfleax I do have a second PSU in an old case but kinda reluctant to switch to that since it is a "no brand" PSU from a case(and the case costed around 6$or 5 euros so it's not that reliable) I will try using the second PSU.

Also thanks for the responses

The sticker/label on the side will say the specs of the "no brand" PSU. I would not use it unless you know your system can handle it. (aka, have enough watts on the "no brand" PSU so that it will not break your stuff)

OK, so i did some tests

1. tried to replace the PSU with the old PSU but it seems that one didn't have any 6  pin pci-e connectors for the video card, so it was a waste of time

2. did test with prime 95, at full and nothing happened

3. formatted the hdd an installed new windows

4. started some games(world of tanks, guild wars 2) and as soon as i change the settings to full screen and save it the computer shuts down immediately.

5. also i can make it crash while not in game though it takes a lot more effort and time.

It really sounds like there is a problem with the PSU like a loose wire that gets moved with heat expansion you should see if you can borrow a PSU from a friend or something.
