It doesn't make sense for such a thing to occur as some people even pour ln2 on their cards to get maximum performance when overclocking

only time i've heard of a cold start on computer components is when you try LN cooling. And it has to be very, very, very, very, very cold.

It will only happen if you're nitrogen cooling, don't worry about it.

you sure people are claiming cards until they heat up from room temp to around 25-30c don't do anything

Your card should be at room temp always, unless you're nitrogen cooling.
