can probably be done with a thin mini itx motherboard and a cpu with integrated graphics ^^

Superslim? mITX mobo, pre-filled loop with rad positioned in the BD drive. GPU connected with PCI-E adapter/right angle connector. PSU must be either outside and mask it as some kind of powerbrick or run it with some small supply.

Main rig: Q6600 OCd, GTX660Ti, 4GB DDR2 Corsair Dominator RAM, 1TB WD BLUE, CX500, Bitfenix Prodigy M

Laptop: Lenovo Z50-75, AMD APU :(
