Laptop to Play LoL under $400CAD

Title pretty well says it all. Where can I find a laptop that is preferably less than $400CAD and can handle League of Legends on low or higher settings if possible. Ideally I would like for it to have an i3 processor so that it can have at least HD 4400 graphics. I saw an Austin Evan's video saying that the Hp Stream 13 can handle League on very low settings with an average of of 30fps. Although I am thinking that would include many drops to less than 20fps making for a less than a satisfactory experience. Do you guys have any ideas on if I should just go with the HP Stream 13, or should I go with something better?

At the moment $500 seems to be your best bet. You're not going to get HD4400 new in Canada for $400 or less right now

If you can order online and don't mind refurbished:

If im going for $500 range should I go for something like these with an i5 but only 4gb of ram?

An i5 will be able to play league well and 4GB ram should be perfectly fine.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 4GHz @ 1.3 volts | CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO | RAM: 8GB DDR3

Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P | GPU: EVGA GTX 960 SSC | SSD: 250GB Samsung 850 EVO

HDD: 1TB WD Caviar Green | Case: Fractal Design Core 2500 | OS: Windows 10 Home

4GB is perfectly fine for league. The A10 outperforms the i5, but the i5 uses noticeably less power. However the Lenovo is better built then the Acers

Hmm I'm skeptical to buy refurbished though. Plus it has some pretty negative reviews on Newegg about quality control. But the performance gains on that A10 seem pretty good. Plus I'm sure the 2 hours less of battery life shouldn't be that much of an issue. I just wish this sale would get restocked.

I'd assume those are some QC issues that Lenovo has been having when refurbed. And I saw the Inspiron 15 a while back, it's more then likely not going to be that price anymore when restocked.

There seems to be more luck with this HP. It's an A8 but still higher performance then ULV i5 for gaming, again if you don't mind the decrease in battery life.

I'd say shoot for an i5, 4gb of RAM, and a mid to low level GT mobile graphics card. I was able to pull 60 fps with those specs at 900p and medium/high setings on my old laptop. Since then the game has received some graphical upgrades, but IIRC they also re-optimized the game so it should be easier to play with lower powered machines.
