Razer BlackWidow 2013 or Logitech G710+ ?

Graph1cs

Title explains my question, what is better for gaming? I've heard much about both keyboards that's why I'm asking.

Purely preference.

I have the G710+ and I think it's amazing.

Hi!

I'm typing this with my Razer BW 2013 ultimate. I like it. I think it's awesome for gaming; typing wise, I don't like it much. Long keys like "right shift" and "enter" wobble a bit, and they are a little bit stiff to be pressed down if you are pressing at the far end of it. But this problem only happens on keys like right shift, enter and backspace keys. But it's fine if you pressing down at the middle of the key.

Space bar doesn't has the same problem. that's why I said it's good for gaming because you don't have to use the right side of your keyboard that much while gaming.

I am playing games like AC series, DMC, and fps games. I don't know how it feels if you are playing mmo games.

I never use the logitech so I cannot do comparison on both keyboard.

Let me know if you don't understand my comment, I will try to explain more. English is not my first language. :)

So I can see a problem for Razer BW Ultimate but I still don't know, anyone who has experience in both of them?

Either of those keyboards are going to be good for gaming. I prefer MX Brown keyswitches for games that require me to rapidly press a key -- though it's all personal preference.

You won't know what you like until you try it; but here's a decent guide to help you find your perfect mechanical keyboard: http://mechanicalkeyboards.com/first_mechanical_keyboard.php

I've used both and prefered the G710+.  I prefer Logitech over Razer anyway but the G710+ gave a much better feel than the Razer and I love the white backlight on it.  The brown switches on the G710+ are great as well.

Go with brown switches. You won't regret it :) They're a bit less tactile than the blues, but they're way more silent, which is a big plus (in my book at least). I don't regret a second swapping out my BW ultimate with a Ducky Shine 2 TKL.

+1 on the G710+. Brown switches are great for both typing and gaming. The G710+ has O-rings beneath each keycap to dampen the noise. It has a bright white backlight which is great. :)

Just got myself a G710+ and liking it a lot more than my razer BW, i like both blue and brown switches but the build quality on the logitech feels better. Also the logitech has damening on the keys which im guessing are to make it quieter during key presses, not sure if everyone would like it though.

Seriously, I have not tried either, but IF I were pushed to choose either one.....I'd take Logitech over Razer anytime, anywhere. I have enough confidence in Logitech to choose their product over Razer's......perhaps that's just me.
