Buying a Gaming Laptop.

I just wanted to buy a gaming laptop, which has a 4th gen intel processer and pretty good graphics card. The highest i can go is $2000.

Take that model name and try to find it in Canada.

Ok, but do you have any other laptops.

I could maybe go up to $3000.

Razer Blade

But with that budget I say build a PC for $2000 and get a $1000 laptop

With that budget, please, please, build a PC it will last longer, and the screen size is greatly increased from say 17.3 inches to a 24 inch monitor, as well as performance. if it must be for portability get the new razer pro, the 14 inch one, and throw some coin my way, Hah! cheeers!

Lenovo Y510p is a nice option. Or Y500, which is Ivy Bridge but supports dual 750M's in SLI (without ultrabay SLI). Y510p is Haswell, solid option for gaming and not expensive.

As already mentioned, for that budget, a gaming desktop plus regular laptop is much better value. I'm not a huge advocate of any form of mobile gaming.

If you are still looking, try going to XoticPC and browsing there. In order to further see what kind of laptop I would suggest, I would need to know what size screen you are looking for and how slim you need it to be.

Whatever you do, don't go alienware.

If you have to get a gaming laptop go MSI/Asus.
