Actually I want a PS4...but $650!!!

 

Well that's like spending £350 "upgrading" to a 750 Ti, it makes even less sense.

He cant buy a ps4 anyways because he doent like AMD gpus an the ps4 is full of those.

 

It makes no sense. He has an AMD CPU and won't touch their GPUs. GPUs is what they actually do well.
