Do i need water cooling for my build ?

So my build is

I5 4670k
Sapphire r9 290 (going to CF in the future)
16GB gskill ripjawsx ram

MSI Z87-G55 mobo

EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G2 psu

Also im planning another build with the same stuff except the cpu will be 8320e, i'd like some advice on cooling about that one too

you *never* need watercooling. You basically only do it because you can, when you can.

You need water cooling when you just were doing something and BANG - "Holly rads, I need water cooling!".

Otherwise - no.

if you like silence water loops are nice but it really is just a thing to do if you want to

No, you really don't need it unless you are going to be doing overclocking or stressing your CPU by playing extremely tasking games.

Downloading programs from CNet is not a good idea, as they will commonly include unwanted, and sometimes dangerous bloatware... The more you know.

Im going to be doing minor OC (3,8-4,3 or 4,4 , it can go higher but its not going to benefit me a lot)

I wouldnt but i need advice on both aircooling and watercooling and there isnt a mixed forum for these two, how was i supposed to get advice on both ?

No unless you are doing extreme overclocking

Nah, like i said, ill be only doing standard OC

a cheap all in one loop does the job. looks better than an air cooler too.
