How is the system to be used? I would suggest a better psu. SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze would be a great choice.

No.

All depends on how the system will be used.

750W is much more than needed. For that matter, even 600W is a bit over what is needed. Anything over 500W would be enough capacity.

Depends on how the system will be used and what the budget is. The i7-4790K has a 700MHz faster clock and on-chip gpu. The Xeon has marginally better memory handling.

Thank you very much for all the information!!

isn't there any 550W PSU on the market?

since you said 600W is a bit over , 500W would be enough. Instead the Seasonic 620W you recommended, Isn't SeaSonic 520W would fit me better?

not bad, but are you buying from only amazon

also, budget? Uses? Resolution? location?

Is there some else i can get the parts?

I live in New York

Budget would be around $1100,  Not including monitor, keyboard, mouse.

The main use will be gaming.

Sorry I reply you so late :( somehow I missed you...

The 520W would be just about right. However, right at the moment the 620W is on at a great price, lower even than the 520W.

If you live near a Microcenter you may be able to get a good in-store deal on a cpu.

Otherwise, shop on-line. Use pcpartpicker.com to compare prices and create a build that passes basic compatibility tests.
