I thought they'd made a new night theme as well, but nope, still good ol' night theme.

I just did research and apparently it's actually better for your eyes to be using black text on a white backdrop.

Fuck that.

I could understand that if it were in the Sahara Desert or Antarctica or somewhere in the middle of the day in direct sunlight, but not in winter, in Japan, in the late afternoon with the lights turned out. my eyes don't need to be blasted with light. Having your pupils contracted all the time probably isn't good for them anyway.

For example, if you're in a normally lit room and you use both for a couple hours and after each of those couple hours you go outdoors, your eyes will probably hurt less from when you've just used the day theme. Probably would be the same for the night theme.
