I Know THis Is A Tech Forum But Above The Left Eye Hurts Really Bad And I Don't Know What To Do,I Think It Is Sinus Pressure But Im Not Sure

It's probably because you capitalize the first letter of each word you type. You're being punished.

Go to a doctor. I would, but then I'm a hypocondriac. Still, better to just get it checked than possibly finding out a couple years down the line that you're going to loose your vision from something that could have been fixed.
