Film Gear for starting a YouTube Channel?

Hey guys, I'm planning to start a tech YouTube channel in late spring. I want to shoot 1080p, with decent audio. I want good equipment but don't want to spend and arm and a (tripod) leg. Get it, no, okay. Does the T5 loomk good for a camera? Whats a good, cheap mic? Any help is appreciated. 

 

Oh, any tips on starting a professional looking channel. I don't want to be just another channel, copying off others with low quality videos. Any editing tips? I use a custom built Win 7 desktop. What programs should I use? I can list specs of desktop if someone wants to know.
