g2a down for anyone else?

i just went on g2a to get a game and i bought it but then when my credit card was processed it said that the g2a server was down and to retry for a live version. note i did this twice and said same thing. so now i lost 80$ on a 44$ game because i bought two and was only meant to buy one. does g2a do refunds because i want one game. helpp

I don't know if you can, never used G2A.
