Kraken 7.1 sound issue

just change the left-right balance in your windows sound settings

So I have a pair of kraken 7.1 that I will need to use for a couple of days due to buds breaking and headphones not available atm. For some reason the left earcup is lower than the right (it is very noticeable). I thought they were broken, but I tried them in another comp and they were fine. Tried uninstalling razer synapse and reinstalling but no go. Any ideas?

Wow, should have thought of that.lol late here, probably best to leave tech alone for the night. Thank for the help (again!)
