YOU GUYS READ BEFORE POSTING JEESH. Alright man, on your motherboard, there should be a thing caleld a CMOS jumper. Alright look on  your motherboard manual to find where it is. On my motherbaord, Asus M5a97 is next to the io pins. Completely turn off your pc and unplug the power cable. Now remove the cap off the Cmos. it should be on two pins, but there will be three. remove it and re install it so that it goes on the middle and left pin, if it was originally on the right and middle, vice versa. Wait 15 seconds. Remove the cap and put it back how it was originally. wait 5 seconds. Plug back in the power cable and power on. If this didn't work, remove the motherboard battery for 3 minutes. put it back. this should help.

the jumper really....reflashing bios is the best solution because there might be some bugs in the bios it self then a clear cmos or bios reset won't work

i had this bug with the Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe alot solution was bios flashing to a older stable version
