Problem with Corsair Vengeance 1500

I recently bought myself a pair of Corsair Vengeance 1500's. I plugged them into my computer and installed the software, the speakers worked great but the mic did not. I could hear everything correctly as I wanted to but when It came to communicating to others through voice chat in various games such as counter strike and rust my mic was very unclear. People say that there was a high pitched buzzing noise behind my voice and my voice was very distorted. I turned talk back on through the software and I heard myself and also a very loud buzzing noise matching the description of what people said about my mic.

 

If anyone knows any solution to this problem please let me know.

The most likely answer is your headset is defective. Return it to the store you bought it from and you should pick up headphones and a separate mic instead. The build quality on that is much better.

A somber violin plays. Agree that you should ditch these for dedicated headphone and microphone.
