Cheap/free and easy to run games to play with my friends

So my friend recently got a laptop and I am looking for some cheap and/or free games to play with him, they need to be easy to run as his laptop only has integrated graphics with an i5 4200 (whatever it is called). 

 

When I say cheap, under $5 (preferably on steam) or under $10 if I already have the game and I only need to purchase one copy (I am buying it for him)

Ok thanks, I only just bought CS:GO for myself, so that fits the criteria perfectly, for CS:GO do you need to download any textures or anything like that kinda like Gmod? e.g. do you need Counter strike: source?

Get an emulator? Games like mario party, super smash bros, and games like that are not that demanding and it's so fun to play.

I don't like terraria, and I don't think he would either, minecraft, ehhhh, I used to love it but I have kinda got bored with it, and I don't think he likes it either.

after that imo all the free games. lol, dota, hearthstone, warframe ( ninja awesome game), minecraft is cheap and has tons of mods. terraria as of right now ( buy gifts man is 3.29 but it has been cheaper (like 2.40 ish) still good and has multiplayer). dota 2 can run on integrated graphica also. so many games.

My friend's intel hd 4600 can run it at 900p at a buttery smooth 30 FPS on low-medium.

I loved it, I've put at least 300-500 hours into it (mainly played offline, and Steam doesn't keep track of offline hours ~.~). 

Checks my first post, I updated it with F2P games that are quite good.
