New update to YouTube android application allows you to watch videos offline

Wait... You couldn't do that with YT app on Android already? Is that Google restricted it or what? Because on WP you can even download videos directly trough app.

There is no official Windows Phone YouTube app from Google. You are using a third party app. There are many third party apps an Android that can also download YouTube videos.

I'm using app version 6.0.13 on kitkat 4.4.4 and I don't have this function
