PC, because games are cheaper and I can upgrade the PC. Also you have much more settings.

Honestly we go through this discussion almost hourly on this forum, and I cant be bothered listing everything 

 

suffice to say, more games, cheaper games, better graphics, infinite backwards compatibility, infinitely customisable, use any peripheral, keyboard and mouse, cheap OR expeneive, also is a PC for word proccesing photo and video work, web browsing etc etc etc

This here is a thing too, anything connected to the internet can be DDOS'd, even your phone.

Consoles better if you just want it to work but has the higher expense of accessories and games but also lacks significant graphical fidelity.

PC is a bigger initial investment and you may need to tinker with it but the better visuals and modding make up for it.

The only reason for a Console against a PC is finding friends with consoles, Prices ( all games are optimised for low-end console hardware ) and the controller (arguably - depends who you ask).

Why is it better? assuming the same game was on PC (exceptions are like Forza I guess) then it will run better, and you can use a controller, and even connect it to your TV if you need to
