The Crew - Crashing on Start-up

The crew Beta worked fine when I played it. I downloaded the crew and as long as it is the first program to launch on my computer then it works, if it isn't my CPU usage hits 100% when I try to open it, everything freezes and a couple of seconds the game stops responding. All I see is a black screen. Anyone had anything similar happen?

CPU: i7 4770k
GPU: GTX 780
RAM: 8GB 1866MHz
