If it does what it says, then its breaking physics. Its more likely a scam than a physics breaking masterpiece.

I guess you can buy it and test it for yourself but I am far less knowledgeable on the topic. It seems some people know how charging works and claim it doesnt work. IMO the best knowledge comes from experience.

scorptec is more legit than PCCG (sorta). They have a store front in melbs. Been there. There products are usually sorted through.
