Lower clock speed but better chip with more stream processors.

That's what overclocking is for... Sapphire has pretty good chips (from experience) and their cooling solution is also good, so there should be few problems (as long as your PSU can handle it)...

Also guys, while I was looking I found Vapor X 280X for 80$ more, but I have 650W PSU. Part picker says that it will all go well, but Sapphire official page says that 280X needs 750W to run. Has anybody got 280X and what PSU if so ?????

Here a 280x Vapor-X with XFX 650W and it's more than enough :)

Now I really don't know what to do...If my PC blows up I will be out of money and out of PC lol. It says 750W minimun for 280X but you say and almost whole internet that it doesn't need more than 600W. Hard choice.

I had those concerns before buying the gpu but after I bought the gpu and PSU I knew it was all in vain the PSU produce more that the required amps on the 12V+ rail just make sure that it have 2 6+2 pin connectors or 2 8 pins power connectors

They are saying 750W in the sapphire website because, some are gonna buy cheap PSU that deliver less wattage then it supposed to so sapphire said 750W ro avoid those
