would my PSU be able to overclock

EnIXmA

am planning to over clock my processor and graphics card, but am not sure if my PSU would be able to handle it.

Current rig:-

Motherboard- sabertooth 990fx r2.0

Cpu- amd fx 8350

Ram- 4x8 GB viper extreme 1600 MHz

Graphics cards- gtx 970 2 way sli

512 GB ssd(256x2) Samsung evo pro in raid 1

Cx750 watts PSU bronze.

Noctua nh-d14 CPU cooler

6 120 mm and 3 140 mm case fans

Plus 1 have 4 4tb hard drives connected by a Mediasonic bay using USB 3.0 for 4k videos,Plex server etc.

Is it possible that I can over clock my CPU to 4.6 GHz, and both the gpus(to the max) with that power supply? If not, what power supply would you guys recommend?

At least he didn't ask if he could overclock his hard drive or something like that....

Your rig is fine until you add another GPU and overclock everything.

From the "Experiences with Non-Techies" thread. Something along the lines of: "He told me he overclocked his hard drive and now his computer was twice as fast...."

The CX is a budget psu. It will probably work fine if you overclock, although I wouldn't have a huge amount of confidence in it.
