AMD FX-6300 OC

I have an AMD FX-6300 on an ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Mobo. I have it overclocked to 4 GHz on 1.3v and pull in 24 degrees idle and 48 degrees when rendering 1080p in After Effects. My bus speed is 200 MHz, and my multiplier is 20. When gaming I pull a maximum 60-70 degrees since my CPU cooler intake takes in some of the GPU air. My cooler is the Hyper N520. I was wondering, since I'm new to the overclocking game, if I could maybe get a bit more off of my CPU? At 1.3v, anything above 4.2 GHz becomes a bit unstable so I dialed it back to 4.

EDIT: My amient room temp is 21 degrees.

My rig: Intel Core i7-8700K OC 4.8 | NZXT Kraken X62 | ASUS Z370-F | 16 GB Trident Z RGB 3000 (2x8) | EVGA 1070 SC | EVGA SuperNova NEX650G1 | NZXT H700 | Samsung 250GB 850-EVO | 2x 2TB Seagate Barracuda HDDs

Actually, going above 1.3v is not recommended for 24/7 use, so if u can reach 4.1 adding just a tiny bit of voltage, and u need the extra speed, do it, but i wouldnt really do that, especially if u use the pc many hours a day...

He is fine to 1.55 according to AMD. You didn't read the title well.

70C is too high for that use case and I would try to reseat the cooler after removing and reapplying new thermal paste.

Even if some of that is from the GPU?

Raised temps are raised temps. I don't know your setup, but if you can change the airflow then that can mean a world of a difference. Or you could go liquid cooling.

Try Intel for better temps and better Single Thread performance.

Yeah, sure I'm just gonna spend $350 on a new precessor and mobo even tho I've had my current ones for 2 and a half months. I don't mean to sound like a dick, I just don't have that kind of money right now since I want a new phone, a moto 360, and hardline when it comes out, plus I just pre ordered advanced warfare on steam like 6 hours ago and I'm paying $50 a month for Adobe CC.

if you're unsure about the mounting of the cooler retry it but id bet you have the air exhausting up-bad idea, have the intake heatsink fan draw in air from the right and blow it towards the back, try what you can to improve ventilation, maybe try without the side panel to see if it help, if it does=you need to rework it or get a new case, if it doesnt=try reseating the cooler.
I dont know why that cpu would run that hot with that voltage at that speed.
upload a side-on picture of the pc with the side panel off.

edit-nevermind, clean rig but my faith in that coolers waiving, try reseating it with a thin amount of paste (take it off, check and do it again if you must)
you could also try turning the cooler around and the rear fan around so the rear fan draws in cool air straight to the heatsink.
any heat from the heatsink & gpu will just rise and be blown out the top front mesh of your case...

Holy fucking shit. Are you serious??? People can't just magically pull an Intel CPU out of their ass and throw it in an AMD motherboard (and even then a lot of people don't have the money to do so). Actually fucking help, or get the fuck off the forums. We don't need fanboys like you.

And I would bump up the voltage a very small amount (like up to 1.31-1.33) and try some more.
