Which one should i get?

 

Corsair H110

280mm radiator so uses 2x140 fans costs $170

Would cost about $70 to replace the stock fans with noctua (im all about quite and effective)

Total $240

 

thermaltake water 3.0 extreme

240mm radiator so uses 2x120 fans costs $135 at the moment (on special)

I have 2 extra SP120 Quite edition PWM fans that would replace the stock ones.

Total $135

 

Is it worth the extra 100$ for the H110?

In what universe do you buy $35 a piece fans?

I use 10 as its easier to do quick calculations. but its still very expensive,

Anyway, OP said he is going for quiet and effectiveness. Noctua fans offer just that.

I will use SP120 if i go with the thermal take and maybe change them at a later stage to Noctua but im sure the SP120's will do great
