Help me overclock my i7 4770k

I know it's restarted, thats how I know.But I don't know when, since I wasn't there.Avg is more like 80 now.If it doesn't goes above that, its still fine?

Go into the event viewer, expand windows logs and click on system. Scroll through and look for any logs that report Kernel power. More than likely, it will be a critical log as the system didn't gracefully shut down.
