Glow in the dark tubes for water cooling? (NOT UV TUBES!)

Con

I'm aware of tubes that are UV reactive, but are there any water cooling tubes that actually glow in the dark on their own?

If not, is there a type of glow in the dark paint or ink that would stick to water cooling tubes?

No because "glow in the dark" needs to be absorb light before it emits anything on its own, so you would need to have lights in your case that go on every few minutes to keep it glowing bright.
Which is exactly what 'UV reactive" is except you use UV lighting to keep it bright constantly.

So if you used regular glow in the dark paint the brightness would fade over time unless you saturate it regularly with a UV light (such as sunlight or UV LEDs)

My idea would be to have UV lights in my case that light up the tubes, then the tubes continue to glow (fading) once the machine is turned off.

glow in the dark paint looks bad though...

uv reactive looks far better
