Judge rules against Battlefield 4 Case

The class action lawsuit against Electronic Arts arising from the botched launch ofBattlefield 4 has hit a snag: The judge in the case has ruled that the alleged "false and misleading statements" about the game were not actually fraudulent, but were instead just the sort vague, optimistic noise you'd expect from the upper management of a major game publisher. Despite the ruling, however, it's not a complete victory for EA.

Basically judge has ruled that the state in which EA launched the game wasn't misleading.

Basically Judge has ruled the state in which Battlefield 4 was launched wasn't misleading with their advertising..

Oh this is some kind of philosophical thing. The judge was silent and the jury realized then that BF4 had to be free for everyone.

its not about how it is now it is how it was at launch which Dice and EA have admitted it was bad and not up to scratch

Not a big deal IMO. Plenty of games release half baked never to be properly patched or live up to the initial sales pitch.
