My friend wants the best M ATX case under 25$ for this build that is'nt the fractal design core 1000 because its out of stock in amazon and in newegg its to expencive to ship it 

it can be up to 20$ more BTW

Spend a little more money and get some 2400Mhz / CL10 RAM.  It will make your computer run a lot better.  For an APU, 2133Mhz is the minimum you should be looking it.

 

2133 / CL9

2400 / CL10 <-- This one has increased in price lately, I purchased a kit of this last month for only $76.
