Which is?

If you want to play games the way they were meant to be played the choice is obvious ....

Poor guy's definition: Overclock my potato until it starts melting.

Idiot's definition: Get a Xeon with a Quadro

Nvidia .. DOH!  Witcher 3 will be better with Green Team just like so many other big name games are.  People can say PhysX doesn't matter but when you can get one of the best cards out right now for a nice price like it is now with the GTX 970 why would you not do it?

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

OP what resolution are you going to play games in btw and how many monitors?  I think mentioning these things could help people decide what video card you need.  Hell what do you have for a cpu?  People need to know that due to the possibility of bottlenecking maybe.

And I guess I'm looking to achieve a relatively solid 60fps since my monitor is 60hz.

However, I do sometimes use a secondary monitor, which is an AOC that has a 144hz refresh rate. Im not to knowledable between monitor/videocard, so correct me if I am wrong.

I wouldnt mind bringing back my AOC to use as my main, or should I say specifically gaming.

I really only browse the internet, and game (on power hungry games)

Definitely get the ASUS GTX 970 STRIX http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NJ9BJ8G. The 970 has more features, better architecture, and pretty much all around more potential.
