Sennheiser PC 360 with PC and Xbox one

So I have an Xbox one that I use on my desk along with my PC. (for exclusives only) 

ATM I am using 2 headsets, the sennheiser for my PC and the Xbox stereo headset for xbox(which has terrible sound quality)

 

I want to use the sennheisers for both simultaneously if possible. I thought about running a male to male cable to the mic port on my PC but that leaves me without a mic on the xbox. 

 

Any suggestions? At the moment on my PC I have my speakers and headphones running on the same audio channel and I just turn the volume off on the speakers when headphones are in use.

My setup currently has the Razer Krakens going through my Astro mixamp which allows me to plug straight into my PC, so I get my pc sound but also get sound on my Xbox One with the optical cable. If you want to use the microphone on the One also there is an Xbox One chat adapter that enables you to do this with the mixamp
