I do actually agree with you, the carbon fibre look is kinda cool (even though it's getting a bit generic at this point). I wonder how long it will be until we will get an RGB GPU since all those colors are all the rage right now.

The cooling looks kinda huge compared to the other non-reference models. I personally own msi gtx970 gaming, but it doesn't overclock that well.

The Omega is an awesome card although i would prefer if the shroud would be made from metal. Nevertheless, awesome card - looks great and runs like hell.

Since carbon fiber isn't really a common finish on a card, I have to say it is very sexy and will look great in almost any build. That alone would persuade me to get one of these cards. Plus, the extra overclocking ability will even sweeten the deal. Kudos, Zotac!
