I'm wondering the same thing too...

I'd wait for the LG Nexus 69 : Over 9000 Edition.

Nexus is going to be too expensive when G3 is already coming down and the 6 inches is way too big for my taste. I would go for G3 or even better Note 4.

The Note 4 is fine at 5.7" but the 5.96" Nexus 6 is way too big?

G3 cause nexus 6 is way to big and the look doesn't suit it

I just picked up a G3 over the weekend and so far I'm really impressed.  I don't think I could go to a phone without an IR blaster, even after less than a week with it, it's too convenient.  G3 also has a MicroSD slot, which is nice.

 

Also, on XDA they just figured out a weird way of unlocking most (if not all) versions of the G3.  Hopefully this will bring in a lot of development from the community.
