Yes the drivers do conflict. The drivers for the unused cards need to be disabled and since G-sync is nvidia only, you can only use g-sync while running on nvidia gpus because if you use the AMD cards the Nvidia ones will be deactivated.

Lets say you have 3 Gsync monitors, a GTX 780 and a 290X in a single system, 2 monitors to a gtx 780 and the 3rd one to your 290x - basically 3x[monitor resolution] won't work only 2 in this case can work as 2x[monitor resolution]. To use Gsync on one of your monitor, the monitor needs to be connected to your nvidia card. Connect it to your AMD card, Gsync won't be even recognized obviously and won't work.

physx on amd......

That's a different story.

In your video (sli + crossfire), what if we add 2 radeon and 2 geforce gpu with a g-sync compatible eyefinity monitor, and connect them to the gpu. Wont then amd run on g-sync??

NO, witch cards connect to the display they work, other cards will just eat the power and don't do anything (idle)

physx and whatnot doesn't matter. the way it works you can only have one company of GPUs working on one program at a time. say you launch a game - you either launch it with amd or nvidia, even if u have both cards in your computer, there's no other option. The card that's not used will be completely ignored along with it's features.
