Do We Have Any Athletes On The Forum?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone else here is an athlete, whether in high school, recreational, intermurals, actual college teams, etc! Post what you do, and how long you have been doing it for! Or any cool stories of victories or anything like that :)

 

I played soccer for about 12 years until I quit after my freshman year of high school, sophomore year I became a long distance runner, and have been running varsity for my school ever since! It's my senior year now, and it's my last high school season for cross country (I also run track but XC is where I excel) so I'm really scared actually. The thought of competing in college makes me nervous and excited at the same time, I can't wait to see what I am capable of in an 8k race instead of a 5k :)

Well, I used to play cricket competitively. That had to stop when exams came around about 4 years ago now. Got tryouts for one of the best county teams in the country. Durham. But never got in. :D
