which one should I buy http://www.ebay.com/itm/321548397698?_trksid=p2047675.m570.l5008&_trkparms=gh1g%3DI321548397698.N23.S2.M2874&autorefresh=true or http://www.ebay.com/itm/LENOVO-IdeaPad-S400-Touch-Screen-14-Ultra-Thin-i3-3217U-4GB-500GB-Win8-/111483581105?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123 also can I upgrade RAM to 8gb on both? and put ssd.  for college mainly web surfing and office work and watching movies, multimedia nothing fancy. thanks please let me know your feedback.

no I contacted the seller, I can get it for $300 so both same price
