BS, people that spend that much usually know what they want and need, and most probably would not need advice from others.

My computer cost way over $10k (not sure what it's at now, including desk and chair something like $15) and doesn't include watercooling.

If you don't know much about computers, definitely get someone else to do it, or  undertake a huge learning experience and learn about EVERY single component in your build in detail before even thinking about ordering.

Why would you possibly spend that much money on a pc?

Or - as is the case with many millionaires - have more money than sense. :P

On the off chance that you're actually serious about this it would probably be best to buy one of these http://www.maingear.com/custom/desktops/force/customize.php especially if you dont have any experience with watercooling.

Really? No offence but I find that hard to believe, because

1. You would have picked the parts  yourself already if you were spending $10k

2. You are spending $10k

If you want to spend that kind of money and you don't know what you're doing just buy an Avertum II from Digital Storm.
