Assassins Creed 1080p (ulta) @60Fps rig?

Hey guys,

iam new to this forum stuff etc. my english is although not the best but let me try.

 

I need the cheapest PC as possible for Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag at 60FPS on 1080p Ultra.

Iam not that into Tech and Hardware so if someone could me help i would be very thankfull.

enough budget, but i want to spend as less as possible. just the 60fps 1080p...

If i can spend 6k i spend for the 6k pc and not for a 10k pc. If u know what i mean.
