You can use a poll feature in your post. Anyways, I wouldn't.

EDIT: Also, it doesn't seem very possible. How would a GPU coller (fan) work underwater?

i was wondering (for a school project) how many enthusiasts would purchase a spray that is thermally conductive and non-electrically conductive, so that you could spray it on pc parts and make it so that you can make a computer in a fish tank and use real water.

Wouldn't be worth the risk. There are chances for the water to break away the coating and get onto the parts. Let alone any type of coating that can actually do this properly.

Hmm don't use water and use mineral oil... all problem solved (beside unable to overclock because the heat isn't dissipating fast enough for it to be reliable OC build..

You can't really spray stuff onto something and have it be completely waterproof.

I believe this has been done already by Liquidpel where they fog electronics in a pressure chamber to coat electronics in a "waterproof" coating but it's only truly resistant to water since it is for shorter periods of time.
