iOS 8 has a major security flaw allowing people to use Siri to get information even if the phone is locked.

So that is a flaw not a feature like google now, where you can turn it on and off to call it from anywhere

Not good. Not good at all. Come on apple, wasn't there a flaw just like this in iOS 6 or 7? Surely this must be one of the more obvious things to check?

I guess iOS 8.0.1 is coming soon then.

This works on iOS 7 too....

 

It's not a "flaw". There's a reason there's an option to disable Siri on the lockscreen, and you should.

this is what confuses me

apple said the phone is fully encrypted but there is one MAJOR flaw

it doesnt ask the password at boot instead it boots up then asks it

 

android requires you to input the pass before the OS even boots up

If your grave doesn't say "rest in peace" on it You are automatically drafted into the skeleton war.

was 7, i think you used control center to bypass any lock screen

isn't that a setting for iOS for siri to be usable when the phone is locked? if wanted you can disable siri from the lockscreen as other things like the pull down notifications and the pull up control center, if i remember correctly
