Yes most of em but not 60 fps obviously, but a r9 270 is much better deal for similar price, even r9 265 is better + it overclocks great.

Either Way it's a good GPU. I have a  GTX760 4 GB FTW from EVGA and it's a nice Video Card

It can do a lot better than 30fps on medium settings. It can run battlefield 4 @1080p 40fps average on ultra and 60 fps on high settings.

As someone's already said, Depending on the games yes. 

 

You'll be able to set the Ultra option but frame rates might not be satisfactory.
