No, though it should manage at least 30 FPS on medium for most newer games.

I think it might be able to also hit high at 25FPS but it still might be playable.

It can do a lot better than 30fps on medium settings. It can run battlefield 4 @1080p 40fps average on ultra and 60 fps on high settings.

As someone's already said, Depending on the games yes. 

 

You'll be able to set the Ultra option but frame rates might not be satisfactory.
