GTA V for PC delayed?

 PC players will get all the same perks, but they'll sadly have to wait until January 27th of 2015 to get their hands on it.

If this is legitimate, here is what I'm going to say.

If the game works great and is well optimized...  I would wait two months for a good PC port anytime.

Most of the time a game is delayed, there's a good reason.

 

I'm disappointed too, but I'd rather wait a couple months and let them actually finish. I for one think It would be nice if they don't rush some cruddy garbage port out the way so many others seem content to do.

 

We complain, rightfully so, when devs sell us unplayably buggy games, so let's not crucify them for wanting to take the time to do it right.

To me it just looks like they pushed PC back a little further again to maximize console sales, if they genuinely need more time for polish then that's cool.

I just hope they don't use what will be lack luster PC sales to conclude that, "ah, well see our game doesn't do that well on PC, just look at how many torrents there are. Next time let's not even try."

 

The lack luster PC sales that will inevitably happen, will be caused by Rockstars inability to deliver a product to a huge demographic of their supporters. Now that their cash flow is slowing on consoles, they probably have a smaller team working on the port to PC, because free money thats why.

As long as this means that it will be properly optimized and that we get graphics worthy of the master race, I don't mind waiting a little bit longer.

I do not pirate games for a good while now. That means I have around 100+ legal digital copies of games, several xbox 360, and if I want a game, I can buy it. 

 

But I am strongly considering to pirate this game, and just mod it

I am not sure, how much plus will it offer compared the xbox 360 version, that has good graphics (good enough for a GTA on xbox 360), has loads of content, and I am playing with that game for nearly a year now. If it will be only updated graphics and the same content I can get on my xbox, then I will not buy it.

Ive played GTA V on ps3, its nothing special, the campain was boring and the online play was garbage. Now, some awsome pc mods might make it interesting, but for the people that have never played it, you're really not missing out on anything.
