They dont even get hot, I just point a 120mm fan at them.

High end cards with 10+ phases don't get very high vrm temp, they are rated for ridiculous amounts of current and spread their load very evenly, so the individual load on each vrm isn't very high at all compared to a reference card.

VRM temps only sitting at around 40c while benching 1550 mhz on core with a 120mm fan pointed at the vrm heatsink

I tweaked LOD settings, allowed by HWBOT rules, but Futuremark doesn't allow it for hall of fame submissions. They used to not care a long time ago, recently changed it to make it not allowed.

Without LOD tweaks, GPU score would be ~22.8-23k instead of 23.7k

LOD Tweaks?

LOD = level of detail, something that can be editted in Nvidia's drivers.

Nvidia inspector will let you change it to different values, you have to go through the settings and find which is best for your card.

Finally have my 980ti Hybrid.

4790k @ 4.6GHz

EVGA 980ti Hybrid @1509mhz core 3550mhz memory (am I right that if GPU-Z says I have Samsung memory I do?)

q

If you bought the 980 ti recently, yes you can have Samsung.   Nvidia recently started allowing retailers to "officially" use Samsung VRAM.

Samsung memory should easily do 8000+ mhz as well.  Mine has no problem with 8800 @ around 1.7v-1.75v  (stock volts are ~1.6-1.65v depending on your card)

How do you see that clock speed? I'm using 16X for overclocking, cool Hybrid skin reasons. My memory clock shows in the 3k

If anyone asks you never saw me.

Times the ~3k by 2.

Or with GPU-Z, it will show ~1750 or whatever for you, times that by 4 to get your effective rate.

Your memory in X16 should do ~4000-4200, which is 8000-8400 effective.
