It is not just a gpu + a circuit board with some stuff on it! It is a divine being! Sent from the gods!

Or maybe it is just a 780 in disguise...

Its between 100-300 points ahead in firestrike and FireStrike Extreme Single card, I didn't run Skydiver on the 280 yet.

Okay alright... I knew that this had to happen and today I finally overcame my lazyness and modded the BIOS of all my 3 GTX980s. Pain in the ass procedure since I took the time to do it with each card single and test it. But the result makes me really happy. I´m now #6 worldwide in 3D Mark ULTRA with 3 GPUs.

Of course there´s just the first card displayed but I could raise core speed and VRAM speed quite a notch for all cards and my second card boosts now up to 1601MHz (was before at 1552MHz) :) . It doesn´t get much better on air with a stable system.

New high score already.  Think this is about as far as I'm going to push this.  Maybe I'll try overclocking through FSB and see if that benefits me.  Could also try pushing the GPU more I suppose.

Good job everybody! We just reached 101 submissions today! Keep up the good work and keep on benchmarking your rigs and we will fill this database with a lot more data :) .

Don't forget to check (only applies if you have it of course :) ) the Steam Software sales, sometimes 3D Mark full version is available there really cheap and it's nice being able to benchmark more and skip the demos.

Welcome to the LTT forums :) .

But of course I will add your score to the spread sheet. If you have a at a certain point the 3D Mark full version I´d be happy to add more than FireStrike scores.

I can't get it stable any higher. One of my original EVGA cards had Samsung memory and it would do 8000MHz. My second EVGA and these two Gigabyte G1s have Hynix and will not clock as high without artifacting.

You added the GPU scores!!!! Must have been a lot of work. Thanks again for all the time you commit to this thread!!

I have the only 970 that has broken 14k Graphics score so far? Craziness!! Start tweaking people!!

You can't be serious.  Hyperthreading is a market joke?

It´s my pleasure. To have a big data base is a good thing for the whole LTT community. This ,our Valley and the CPU thread give peoples out there an idea of what they will get when they buy a certain piece of hardware :) .
